According to preliminary data from the Federal Statistical Office, 134,3 thsd tons of soybeans were harvested. This represents an increase of just over 2,500 tons compared to the previous year. The increase in production is due to the expansion of soybean acreage, as the expected average yield decreased to 3.08 t/ha, below the previous year’s figure of 3.26 t/ha.
