July quotes for soft winter wheat on the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) rose to $194.37 per ton, July futures for hard winter wheat at the Kansas City Board of Trade (KCBT) increased to $192.07 per ton, while spring wheat in Minneapolis continued to fall, with July futures for hard spring wheat at the Minneapolis Grain Exchange (MGEX) reaching $215.13 per ton. July SRW futures in Chicago closed at $5.29, rising 4 cents. July HRW futures in Kansas City closed at $5.22-3/4, increasing by 6¼ cents. July spring wheat futures in Minneapolis closed at $5.85-1/2, rising 12¼ cents. The US Department of Agriculture reported that weekly wheat exports for the week ending March 15 totaled 423,785 tons.
