This includes a 7.3% increase in beef consumption, a 13.2% increase in poultry, and a 7.2% increase in pork. Notably, Vietnam and the US are expected to see significant increases in pork consumption, while the European Union is predicted to see a decrease. Latin America, led by Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina, is projected to see a 14.2% increase in pork consumption.
