Since the start of 2021, goat farms in Udmurtia, Russia, have seen a significant increase in milk production by 82.1 tons, a 31.7% growth rate compared to the same period in 2020. The most notable increase was by Agrovil LLC, with a 49.1% rise. The region has launched a large goat breeding complex and is set to open the first artificial insemination station for goats, with plans to breed Nubian and Alpine goats. The total goat population in Udmurtia has grown to 3,741 heads, an increase of 1,279 heads from the previous year.
