Goseong County, 90% support for special health check-up costs for female farmers

(Goesan=Yonhap News) Reporter Park Gun-young = The North Chungcheong Goesan Agricultural Technology Center announced on the 10th that it will support special health screenings for 444 female farmers this year. The screening items include 10 items in five areas: pesticide poisoning, musculoskeletal system, fracture risk, cardiovascular disease, and lung capacity test. Expert consultations for early diagnosis of agricultural diseases and post-care and prevention education will also be provided. The support target is farmers born in even-numbered years aged between 51 and 80. These individuals will receive support for 90% (198,000 won) of the 220,000 won screening cost.
