In November, Rostov Oblast saw a 14% increase in grain and processed grain exports compared to the same period last year, reaching 1.4 million tons. This includes 406 thousand tons exported directly from the seaports of Rostov Oblast and over 998 thousand tons transshipped through the port of Kavkaz. The main importers were Turkey, Lebanon, Egypt, and Morocco. Russia's total grain exports in November increased by 3.8% year-on-year to 3.439 million tons, driven by a 27% rise in wheat exports. However, the export of other grain crops, such as barley and corn, has significantly decreased.
