Brazil: Grape harvest advances in Paraná with positive outlook

In Paraná, the grape harvest has already begun and should gain pace in the coming weeks, bringing positive prospects for producers. According to the Weather and Cultivation Conditions bulletin, published by the Department of Rural Economy (Deral) of the Secretariat of Agriculture and Supply, the phytosanitary scenario for the crop is favorable, with no significant problems that could compromise productivity. Since August, well-distributed rainfall has been decisive for the good development of the vineyards, contributing to optimism about the current harvest. On the other hand, the peach harvest faced challenges due to adverse weather conditions, resulting in a lower-than-expected harvest volume.
