Harvest time at Gazi Farm

Gazi Agriculture Inc., a subsidiary of Osmangazi Municipality, cultivated vegetables and legumes without using any agricultural chemicals on a 10-acre area using 130 types of local and localized seeds. The first harvest of organic eggplants and peppers was used to prepare meals at the City Restaurant, which were then served to the citizens. Established with the aim of supporting agricultural development and increasing the city's production potential, Gazi Agriculture Inc. planted seedlings of tomatoes, peppers, corn, beans, melons, watermelons, and squash in the greenhouses in Hamitler, Eskişehir, at Hamidiye Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in May, following a protocol. The 130 types of local and localized seeds obtained from the vegetables and legumes grown here will be shared with the citizens in March 2026.
