Recent rainfall in Argentina has boosted the country's corn and soybean production prospects, leading to an increased forecast for 2023/24 MY. According to Refinitiv Commodities Research, corn production is now expected to reach 56.7 million tons, an increase of 1.3 million tons, and soybeans are forecasted to hit 50.4 million tons, up by 1.2 million tons. However, the heavy rainfall also poses a risk of flooding in some regions.
