Song Ju-hyeon was recognized for developing a processing technology that prevents the discoloration and taste deterioration of kelp, and for producing various products using kelp, which are exported to 16 countries including the United States and China. Gang Seung-won was recognized for being the first in the country to introduce the biofloc technology, an eco-friendly breeding technology, for the production of whiteleg shrimp seeds.
