How field work is going in Belarus

The dates are different, but the approaches are the same. Popular wisdom says: "Autumn has eight jobs." In reality, there are many more. Grain and leguminous crops, rapeseed straw, sugar beets, potatoes, vegetables, corn for grain and silage are being harvested, fertilizers are being applied, soil is being prepared, winter grains are being planted, and much more. The work must be done efficiently and within the optimal time frame. All of them are important. As of the morning of September 2, out of 2 million 304 thousand hectares of grain and leguminous crops (with corn), 2 million 11 thousand have been harvested - 87.3 percent of all areas (a year ago - 86.5). In the Brest region - 88.6 (87.6), Vitebsk - 95.9 (94.0), Gomel - 81.9 (77.0), Grodno - 85.7 (86.6), Minsk - 83.8 (84.4), Mogilev - 90.9 (91.8).
