In a scenario where the manufacturing industry concentrates more than 60% of the total energy consumption in the country, and within it, the food sector represents 56% of that demand, according to the Ministry of Energy and Mines, a key question arises: Is it possible to produce food more efficiently without making million-dollar investments?
