IHARA Launches Two New Fungicides Containing Benthiavalicarb and Ipflufenoquin in Brazil to Support Fruit Tree Disease Prevention

The first product launched was MIGIWA, a new product that is particularly effective in preventing apple black spot disease, maintaining excellent performance even during the most critical stage of disease development. MIGIWA is a suspension concentrate (SC) formulation with ipflufenoquin as its active ingredient, a molecule that is also a component of Kinoprol. This molecule was recently approved by Brazil's National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa). According to IHARA, the product's key differentiating advantage is its high efficiency and ability to prevent fruit rust—a condition that alters the fruit's appearance, creating a rough, rust-colored look that diminishes the fruit's luster and impacts quality.
