The Peruvian Amazon Research Institute (IIAP) alerted the communities of Astoria and San José de Lupuna, in the Loreto region, about the presence of pesticides in their crops and explained, in a clear and accessible manner, how these products can affect health and ecosystems. The Environmental Education Research Circle of the IIAP was in charge of the talk.
