The region's imports from Vietnam, India, and Belarus accounted for 55% of the total value, with other countries contributing between USD 0.2 million and USD 1 million each. The imports were predominantly food products, with a notable decrease of 5.2% in value despite an 18.9% increase in volume year-over-year. Dairy products imports saw a decrease of 19.6%, with Belarus as the main supplier, while live animals, sugar products, and animal feed also saw various import trends. Overall, the region's food imports have decreased almost three times since 2014 due to state import substitution efforts.
