In the first four months of 2024, Ukraine experienced a decrease in the import of offal by 15.7%, totaling 4.3 thousand tons and valued at $4.9 million, primarily from Poland, Germany, and France. Concurrently, exports of offal saw a significant increase of 3.9 times, amounting to 913 tons and generating $580,000, with the main markets being Ivory Coast, Vietnam, and the UAE. Additionally, the export of frozen cattle meat experienced a decline of 27.1% during the same period.
