Russia: in 2020, the export of grain and grain products from the Primorsky Territory increased by 100 thousand tons

In 2020, the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Primorsky Territory and the Sakhalin Region monitored the export of grain and its processed products with a total volume of 708.9 thousand tons (in 2019 - 608.9 thousand tons). In particular, 684.6 thousand tons of grain and 24.3 thousand tons of products of its processing were sent for export. China remains the main grain importer. In 2020, 435.7 thousand tons of grain and 23.1 thousand tons of products of its processing were sent to this country. Last year, China exported 265.3 thousand tons of soybeans, 168.9 thousand tons of corn, 962.8 tons of oats, as well as 201.9 tons of flax seeds, 200 tons of rapeseed, 144 tons of rice, 3.3 tons roasted sunflower seeds, 17.5 thousand tons of wheat flour, 5.5 thousand tons of oat flakes, 56.9 tons of rye flour, 24.3 tons of millet groats, 8.1 tons of buckwheat and 5.1 tons of buckwheat flour, as well as 0.5 tons of rye malt.
