In 2023, cottage cheese production in Russia increased by more than 6%

Production of cottage cheese and curd products in Russia over the past year increased by 6.2 percent or to 743,900 tons. This was reported by the Milknews Analytical Center with reference to data from Rosstat, the Federal Customs Service and the National Union of Milk Producers (Soyuzmoloko). They also provided separate data for both types of goods from 2016. For cottage cheese, the dynamics were multidirectional.
