In 2025, in Bryansk Oblast, the Federal State Information System "Grain" recorded information about 107 thousand tons of grain processing products.

From July 1, 2022, to December 1, 2025, more than 221.3 thousand accompanying documents for grain processing product operations (SDIZ) have been issued. According to the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, as of December 8, farmers in the Bryansk region submitted information to the Federal State Information System "Grain" about 1,046.9 thousand tons of grain crops from the 2025 harvest, as well as 357.6 thousand tons of oilseeds and 6.6 thousand tons of legumes. The volume of grain processing products, information about which is reflected in the system, in the region from January 1 to December 8 amounted to 107.1 thousand tons. According to data from the Federal State Information System "Grain," in Bryansk, 72.2 thousand tons of flour, 17.3 thousand tons of groats, 0.2 thousand tons of breakfast products, and also 17.4 thousand tons of other processed products (bran and mixtures for the preparation of bakery and confectionery products) were produced.
