In November, a new financing mechanism for farmers in the form of credit lines will be launched in Kazakhstan.

Minister of Agriculture Aidarbek Saparov informed at the recent Government meeting that the practice of early financing for field work will continue in Kazakhstan this year, and applications for the 2026 sowing season have been accepted since October 1. According to the minister, the introduction of a new mechanism of credit lines for agrarians is planned for the second decade of November, which will allow financing on a revolving basis every year under the same collateral. The minister noted that, at the end of the growing season, 1.8 million tons of mineral fertilizers were applied for the first time, or 56% of the scientifically substantiated need.
