Two large elevator complexes located in the Berezivka district of the Odesa region are being put up for sale in the OpenMarket electronic trading system (State Enterprise "SETAM" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine), reports "ProAgro Group."
Next Friday, October 31, an auction will be held for the sale of a building complex with a total area of 18,270.7 square meters at the address Berezivka, Prystanska Street. The property includes administrative buildings, six grain storage facilities, a weighing station, a grain dryer, a silo elevator, production premises, and auxiliary infrastructure. The starting price of the property is 85,086 thousand hryvnias.
And already on Monday, November 3, an elevator with an area of 20,565.5 square meters and 106 movable property objects in the village of Novoselivka, Berezivka district, will be put up for auction. The starting price is 19,580 thousand hryvnias.
"The sale is carried out by a private executor within the framework of one enforcement proceeding. The sale of such assets creates an opportunity to attract new investors in the development of the region's agrarian infrastructure," noted the State Enterprise "SETAM."
