Influenced by the US market downturn, Chilean Trim-D fish fillet prices also declined, dropping by $0.10/lb.
Scottish salmon market remained relatively stable this week, with some specifications showing slight increases. European traders purchased 3-4kg high-quality Scottish salmon at €6.70/kg, and 5-6kg at €6.80/kg.
