The Russian Federation has recently imported significant quantities of seafood, including over 10 thousand tons of frozen fish primarily from Vietnam, Morocco, Ecuador, Thailand, and India. Additionally, 13.4 thousand tons of shrimp were sourced from Argentina, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Ecuador, and India. Other notable imports include 885 tons of mussels from China and Chile, 499 tons of squid from China and Peru, and 23 tons of young octopus from China. All these seafood products have successfully passed veterinary control and have been approved for import into the region.
