In the Region of Murcia, the artisan craft of kombucha maker is being created.

The Ministry of Business, Employment, and Social Economy of the Autonomous Community of the Region has agreed to incorporate the craft of kombucha and other non-alcoholic beverage makers into the repertoire of artisan trades. The resolution by which this beverage, consisting of sweetened tea, is included appears published this Thursday in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM).
