Authorities in Voronezh have agreed to a major investment project by a company to build a deep microbiological processing plant for grain in the territory of the Left Bank district.
According to sources from Abirega, this involves the implementation of a joint venture by PJSC "Tatneft", Chinese amino acid producer Eppen Investments Group, and Russian distributor LLC "Agritek Bio". The investment volume is estimated at 29 billion rubles.
The plant is planned to be located in the second phase of the "Maslovsky" industrial park. It will process up to 250 thousand tons of grain per year to produce feed amino acids. The output is expected to include the production of 200 thousand tons of threonine per year and 200 thousand tons of lysine (sulfate and monochlor).
According to sources, the Chinese Eppen Investments Group will provide the technology for producing amino acids, PJSC "Tatneft" will become the industrial partner and general contractor. St. Petersburg LLC "Agritek Bio" (distributor of feed additives in the Russian Federation and the CIS), will likely take over the sales.
