In the regulations for Natura 2000, subsidies for larger organic plant growers will be increased by 20%.

Amendments to Ordinance No. 6 on payments for agricultural land in Natura 2000 zones introduce reductions in payments for non-compliance with requirements related to working conditions and employment or the obligations of employers arising from legal acts specified in Annex IV of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115. The draft amendment to the ordinance has been published on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food's page with a deadline for discussion until November 21. Along with the amendments to Ordinance No. 6, Transitional and Final Provisions foresee changes to three more ordinances. These are Ordinance No. 7/2023 on the intervention "Payments for regions facing natural or other specific constraints"; Ordinance No. 9 of 2023 on the interventions "Organic Farming" and "Organic Beekeeping"; and Ordinance No. 10 of 2023 on interventions in the field of the environment and climate and humane treatment of animals.
