Young fishermen and farmers under 50 years old, those who have returned to farming or fishing within five years, and environmentally friendly fishermen and farmers producing eco-friendly agricultural and marine products or premium marine products (18,000 people) will receive 1.8 million won annually, divided into 900,000 won for each half-year, in local currency. General fishermen and farmers (175,000 people) excluding the above groups will receive 600,000 won annually, divided into 300,000 won for each half-year. Gyeonggi Province and the cities and counties will share the project cost at a 50% ratio each, and the 25 cities and counties include Suwon, Uiwang, Hwaseong, Namyangju, Ansan, Pyeongtaek, Siheung, Paju, Gimpo, Uijeongbu, Gwangju, Hanam, Gwangmyeong, Gunpo, Yangju, Osan, Icheon, Anseong, Uiwang, Pocheon, Yangpyeong, Yeoju, Dongducheon, Gapyeong, and Yeoncheon.
