According to Faostat, the statistical agency of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), in 2022, Ukraine took 19th place in the world production of tomatoes with a volume of 1.3 million tons, reports AgroTimes. Before the full-scale invasion, our country ranked 13th and grew 2.4 million tons of tomatoes per year.
