In Ukraine, prices for vegetables and fruits were unexpectedly rewritten

Popular vegetables in Ukraine began to rise in price last week. Prices for last year's cabbage rose. Analysts from the EastFruit project noted that the lower price limit jumped from 42 to 44 hryvnias. Carrots were also sold more expensively than last week - the lower price limit rose from 25 to 27 hryvnias. At the same time, potato producers were forced to lower prices. This popular vegetable was sold for 13-23 hryvnias/kg, although a week earlier prices were at the level of 15-24. The first batches of local greenhouse tomatoes, which are more expensive than imported ones, went on sale, as a result of which tomato prices increased from 65-85 to 85-135 hryvnias per kilogram. Zucchini fell in price from 110-115 to 95-110 UAH/kg, and Beijing cabbage rose in price from 55-60 to 60-90 UAH/kg.
