India extends duty-free pea imports until year-end

The Indian government has extended the duty-free import permit for yellow peas until December 31 of this year. This was reported by the Russian center for the development of agricultural exports (Agroexport, owned by the Ministry of Agriculture) with reference to a statement by the Indian Ministry of Trade and Industry. This decision applies to the import of all batches of legumes to the Asian country for which the bill of lading (a document on the carrier's responsibility for the delivery of cargo - ROSNG) was issued no later than this date.
