Indonesian coffee exports have seen significant growth, reaching 342.22 thousand tons and an value of USD 1.49 billion from January to September 2024. The government is committed to sustaining this growth by strengthening the sustainable coffee export ecosystem and completing 38 trade negotiations to expand the export market. Despite the challenges, including the potential for recession in several countries, Gloria Angelita Tomasowa is optimistic that Indonesia can maintain its competitiveness in the global coffee market by innovating and improving efficiency.
