Indonesian fishery product transactions in Busan, South Korea reached US$2.56 million

Jakarta (ANTARA) - Indonesian fishery and seafood products recorded transactions valued at US$2.56 million at the Busan International Seafood & Fisheries Expo (BISFE 2023) at BEXCO in Busan, South Korea, on November 1-3, 2023. Director of Primary Product Export Development of the Ministry of Trade (Kemendag) Merry Maryati commented that safe and high-quality Indonesian fishery and seafood products have once again become the main items. The exhibition is also considered to serve as a bridge to expanding networks. "This exhibition is a bridge for fisheries business partnerships between Indonesian fisheries business actors and potential buyers in South Korea and other countries," Maryati noted in a written statement from the Ministry of Trade in Jakarta, Tuesday.
