In the first nine months of 2024, Ukraine saw a notable increase in its industrial egg production, with a 7.9% rise compared to the same period in 2023, totaling 4.4 billion eggs. This growth is part of a larger 5.9% increase in industrial poultry production, which reached 939 thousand tons. According to Serhiy Karpenko, executive director of the Association 'Union of Poultry Farmers of Ukraine', chicken meat prices remained stable, while egg prices experienced a two-year high in November.
