In 2022, Ukraine's fruit and nut imports reached 10.5% of the country's agricultural imports, with a total value of $663 million, marking a 21% decrease from 2021. The majority of these imports consisted of citrus fruits and bananas, which made up 60% of the value. Turkey was the leading supplier, contributing 30.7% to the total value of fruit imports, followed by Ecuador with 13.4%. Other countries like Egypt, Costa Rica, Spain, Colombia, and Greece also exported fruits and nuts to Ukraine.
