[Korea Farmers News Agency, Reporter Kang Jae-nam] The Seogwipo Agricultural Technology Center of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Agricultural Technology Institute announced that it will provide flower bud differentiation inspection services until December to determine the optimal heating cultivation period and induce stable flowering for warm-season persimmon cultivation. The warm-season persimmon cultivation period is divided into very early heating (before November), early heating (December 1-24), late heating (December 25-January 20), and very late heating (after January 21) based on the heating period. The start date of heating is the actual start of cultivation management, and the appropriate heating period must be determined for stable production and cost reduction. The Seogwipo Agricultural Technology Center has been providing this service from this month until December.
