"Meat Processing and Service" LLC in Almaty Oblast, Kazakhstan, has been approved to export beef and mutton to China following inspections and negotiations after China lifted its temporary ban on Kazakhstani livestock products due to foot-and-mouth disease concerns. The company, which has been in operation since 2009 and has traded with Middle Eastern countries, now expands its market to China. This decision came after a visit by Kazakhstan's Head of State, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, and efforts to expand agricultural trade between the two nations.
