Kazakhstan Becomes Russia's Largest Chocolate Importing Country

According to data cited by Azerbaijan media Oxu.Az, Kazakhstan imported chocolate from Russia totaling $78.3 million in the first four months of 2025, ranking first among all importing countries.

Azerbaijan ranked second, with imports of $23.4 million, approximately one-third of Kazakhstan's volume. Following closely were:

· Uzbekistan: $21.4 million

· Kyrgyzstan: $14.7 million

· Georgia: $8 million

China ranked sixth with imports of $7.4 million, followed by Armenia, Serbia, and Moldova. Germany was in tenth place with imports of $2.1 million.
