The Minister of Agriculture of Kazakhstan, Aidarbek Saparov, and the Minister of Trade and Integration, Arman Shakkaliyev, held a joint meeting dedicated to current price fluctuations in the market of socially significant food products and measures to stabilize them, Agrosektor.kz reports, citing the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan. As the head of the Ministry of Agriculture noted, Kazakhstan generally produces sufficient volumes of socially significant products both for the domestic market and for export. "However, despite this, at the beginning of 2025, we recorded a significant increase in vegetable product prices, especially during the off-season," he emphasized.
