Kazakhstan has seen a significant increase in agricultural exports to France, with rapeseed supplies playing a key role. The trade turnover of agricultural products between the two countries increased by nearly 9.3%, reaching $83.1 million in the first 10 months of the year. Vice Minister of Agriculture Ermek Kenzhekhanuly and French Representative Amos Marie-Agnes discussed the prospects for further cooperation, including the support of national breeders and efforts to attract foreign breeders to invest in seed production in Kazakhstan. France was the main buyer of Kazakhstan's rapeseed exports, valued at $20.6 million, during the last agricultural season.
