Kazakhstan's Food Corporation paid 2.8 billion tenge to agricultural producers and grain exporters

The Food Corporation continues payments to agricultural producers and exporters supplying wheat to distant foreign markets. As of June 10, 2025, 345 applications for transportation cost compensation have been received. The total export volume amounts to 740.7 thousand tons of wheat worth 16.8 billion tenge, the national company's press service reports. The main export destinations include: • Azerbaijan — 329.3 thousand tons; • Baltic countries — 224.5 thousand tons; • Georgia — 41 thousand tons; • Transit routes through Black and Baltic Sea ports — 108.3 thousand tons. In accordance with the Rules for Subsidy Payments to Reduce Transportation Costs for Grain, approved by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Food Corporation has already paid exporters over 2.8 billion tenge for the supply of 121.7 thousand tons of wheat.
