Kazakhstan and Georgia have started a joint cooperation that will lead to the resumption of wheat and beef exports from Kazakhstan to Georgia in 2024. The total export volume in 2023 was 71 million US dollars. This year, the two countries have agreed to export 80,000 tons of wheat to Georgia. The Prime Minister's official website reported that Kazakh Prime Minister Volezhas Bektenov met with Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze to discuss bilateral cooperation, trade, and economic relations, as well as opportunities for cooperation in transportation logistics, oil transportation, digital technology, agriculture, and tourism.
