Turkiye: Kocaeli metropolitan municipality distributes granted rams and goats to producer

Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality distributes subsidized rams and goats to producers for the development of small livestock farming. According to the statement made by the municipality, within the scope of the "Breeding Ram and Goat Support" project, 75 merino breed rams were delivered to 75 breeders with a 50 percent grant. With the programs to be held in the coming days, a total of 500 rams and 150 billy goats will be given to producers who are members of the Kocaeli Breeding Sheep Goat Breeders Association. The aim of the support is to increase productivity and increase farmers' income sources.
