Korea Beekeeping Agricultural Cooperative Holds Pure Domestic Honey Gochujang Making Experience with Seoul Sosimo

The Korea Beekeeping Agricultural Cooperative (Chairman Kim Yong-rae) announced that it held a pure domestic honey gochujang making experience on the 1st at the seminar room of Boryeong Jugyeo Hanwoo Town. The experience, conducted as part of the Consumer Citizens' Movement Seoul Branch (Seoul Sosimo) cooking class, was prepared to raise consumer awareness about graded honey. Meanwhile, the Korea Beekeeping Agricultural Cooperative plans to cooperate with the Livestock Products Quality Evaluation Institute and Seoul Sosimo to share the value of the beekeeping industry with future generations by partially operating honey grading education and cooking classes using graded honey in some regions.
