The allocation of State Treasury Agricultural Property Resource in the first ten months of 2025 confirms that leasing remains the most commonly chosen form of land use by farmers. During this period, the Field Offices of the KOWR leased over 49 thousand hectares and extended nearly 7 thousand contracts covering approximately 145 thousand hectares. Additionally, 4.2 thousand hectares of agricultural land were sold. The presented data indicate a sustained positive trend in the management of property belonging to the State Treasury Agricultural Property Resource. Since the beginning of the activity of the National Agricultural Support Center (formerly the Agricultural Property Agency) until now, approximately 4.76 million hectares of land have been accepted into the State Treasury Agricultural Property Resource.
