The Union denounces that the Ministry has eliminated the aid for the rabbit farming sector in the Valencian Community.

The Farmers and Livestock Breeders Union has denounced that the Department of Agriculture has eliminated without any justification the aid for this year to support the rabbit farming sector in the Valencian Community, which was budgeted at 350,000 euros, and requests that it be re-enabled. On November 21, a resolution was published in the DOGV, which executed a total cut of the credit assigned in the budget line S1538, endowed with 350,000 euros and intended for the support of the rabbit farming sector. This has generated "deep concern" on the part of La Unió, given that only 17 days earlier - specifically on November 4 - Order 12/2025, of October 27, was also published in the DOGV, which establishes the regulatory bases for de minimis aid for rabbit breeding farms.
