Recently, a second batch of 250 purebred breeding sows of Danish Pig Genetics from the supplier Breeders of Denmark A/S (Denmark) arrived at one of the KSG Agro farms. The first batch of 250 sows arrived at the enterprise at the end of May this year. Thus, the planned renewal of the pig herd this year with 500 sows of Danish genetics, which have high reproductive efficiency and are capable of producing high-quality piglets that will later become valuable fattening animals, has been completed. The renewal of the herd will allow KSG Agro to replenish the pig herd with 4,000 of the most stable and high-yielding F-1 hybrid sows this year.
