Kyrgyzstan has reduced imports of sunflower oil by 19% this year

Kyrgyzstan has decreased its imports of sunflower oil by 19.1% between January and September 2023 compared to the same period last year. The country imported 25.2 thousand tons of sunflower oil during this time, down from 31.2 thousand tons in 2022. The total value of imports also decreased by 41.8% to $27.2 million, with the majority of supplies coming from Russia and Kazakhstan.
