From January to June of 2022, the Kyrgyz Republic experienced a significant increase in trade revenues from the EAEU countries, with import revenues rising by 23% to $1.4 billion. This surge is primarily attributed to increased imports of dried leguminous vegetables, margarine, and fertilizers, which saw increases of 2.3 times, 1.6 times, and 1.5 times respectively. Overall, the mutual trade volume between the Kyrgyz Republic and EAEU member states reached $2.38 billion, marking a 34% increase compared to the same period in the previous year.
