In addition to the newly signed agreements, officials from both sides also discussed how to further promote agricultural trade and simplify market access procedures. Both sides noted that cooperation is progressing steadily, with 39 SPS agreements currently in effect, allowing 35 Laotian plant products and 4 animal products to be exported to China.
