Turkey: Lentil seed grants distributed to farmers in Diyarbakır

In Diyarbakır, 381 tons of red lentil seeds were given to producers with a 75 percent grant. According to the statement made by the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, the certified lentil seeds obtained with the "Development and Dissemination of Red Lentil Production Project" prepared by the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry within the scope of the "Efficiency of Agricultural Land Use Project (TAKEP)" of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry were distributed to farmers in a ceremony. Within the scope of the project, 381 tons of seeds were distributed to 1,100 producers with a 75 percent grant this year.
